I feel like I must have skimmed over something and missed an important detail, but who does Rebekah meet up with at the very end of the book? Do we know?

Jamie Beersheba is in Israel. Rebekah escaped to Israel, and like Uri, had no desire to return to Europe. The man she met in the bar seemed to be a boyfrienâ€¦m´Ç°ù±ðBeersheba is in Israel.
