Why was Hurricane Luna the reason that oil in the gulf boomed? I am talking about the interview w the oil barron who had discovered the largest oil field in the world beneath the Gulf...after the hurricane and blessed the hurricane for the oil. I did some research online and it sounds like hurricanes mess up gulf oil fields.
Donny Peters The way I understood it in the book was basically now that all the population centers on the coast were destroyed and new bays and harbors were create…mǰThe way I understood it in the book was basically now that all the population centers on the coast were destroyed and new bays and harbors were created it became extremely convenient and easy to create a new and simple delivery system for the oil. With nobody and nothing in the way the pipelines could go anywhere and in multiple places on the coastlines.(less)
