A bored teenager named Hopie calls a television show paranormal investigator when a family member is harassed by a phantom leopard. Moondog, the self-proclaimed praeternatural detective —a standoffish member of the Roma community— has no time for authority, but reluctantly accepts the case. Meanwhile, Hopie is endlessly harassed by a co-worker, while the district is plagued by a multitude of monstrously cryptic, supernatural events. Can Hopie and Moondog work together to overcome evil? Will Hopie free herself from the constant hassle of an unwanted admirer?
