Swami Sarvapriyananda ji is 21st century's Swami Vivekananda. He's beautifully summarised the concept of non-duality (Advaita) here using four verses of Ashtavakra Gita. It's quite useful to be concise in this fast world. Precursor for a long journey in vedanta.
All that is not real, falls away, dissolves, disintegrates. What is real? Contemplate Infinity. Dissolve into the Truth of your immortal, infinite self. I love these teachings. Herein lies Truth.
Making the inaccesible, complicated so easy to understand is a talent and blessing of Swami jee. One of the best spiritual teachers on the planet right now 😊♥️
Astavakra Gita is so simple that it is abstruse. It is not for the mind but for the self. So it is difficult for the mind to comprehend but easy for the self to realise. But we are so used to our mind that we need certain logical interpretation for the mind to understand. This book provides that clarity in a beautiful manner. It is indeed a fortune to listen to the Master or to read through this book.
Astavakra is direct in his approach. Swamiji has wonderfully expressed the essence of the narrative in this body of work. I loved the straightforward conclusion being un-attached, oneness, falsity and sameness. A lot to contemplate and cogitate before drowning in infinity.
Maharaj has a beautiful way of explaining , i have started listening to his lectures on Mandukya upanishad and this is a good ref to Advaita vedanta .
