[close] It is an amazing book that retells the Eros and Psyche myth. For me, the romance was believable and sweet, the heroine was strong and likable and had issues that were very interesting when you consider who she was in the myth. The plot is good and though the story is set in modern day it adheres closely to the original myth and even adds in several secondary characters that I found fleshed and and strong.
