Not sure if I attribute that to Jane or to Seth but either way I enjoyed getting to know the characters better. The descriptions of Elizabeth fighting ninjas and her own comments about being a warrior were much more gruesome than when she fought the actual zombies....more

I really liked being able to exercize and read at the same time. A creative retelling of Beauty and the Beast, though hearing it from the Beast's perspective made me not like him as much. We got really up close and personal with what a guy who is a big enough jerk to deserve a curse like that would be like and I had a hard time coming back from that and liking him. Kept picturing Vanessa Hudgens so it ruined Lindy a bit for me. I liked that there was a rose named after the character....more
