You've got the swoon-worthy son of the demon of lust who also happens to be a singer in a rock band who falls for the half angel girl he's supposed to corrupt. Love the back story and can't wait to keep reading to see these characters meet their destiny!

Wow, these girls are a little scary. I liked how this book turned everything around from book one. I also enjoyed the multiple perspectives. The mean girls don't consider themselves mean just ambitious. I'm not sure I'd want to hang out with any of them but the story is fascinating. The sad thing is, I don't think it's too far from the truth. This one will stay with you.

If you're looking for closure in this ballet version of mean girls, you won't find it. What you will find is a bunch of really talented messed up kids and a story that will stay with you long after you've finished it. My favorite part is getting into the family dynamics of each character and figuring out how that has shaped the person they've become. There are secrets on top of secrets and even though the story is told in multiple perspectives that help you relate to each girl, there is still more to discover. I'd be surprised if you didn't itch to immediately pick up book two to see how everything works out. This would make an excellent teen tv drama!

The setting in this book is so vivid, I could smell the swamp, feel the humidity and practically see the fireflies. I really loved that about it. There are tales of the swamp mentioned in the book and I would absolutely pick up a book about that. It sounds fascinating. Loved the heroine and the story of the grandpa and the peaches.
