This is the second book in the Manhattan Ten series, and I loooooove it. Lola's face paced writing makes it a quick and easy read. It's got just enough action and romance to make this girl happy. Can't get enough of it! Read Temptress first, and then read this one!!! :)

I really dig Lola's writing style. She's fantastic! I've read all of the other M10 novellas so far, and this novella didn't disappoint. I loved Belle, and really felt for her as she struggled with coming to terms with her super powers and what that meant for her dancing career. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but this is a do not miss! And if you haven't read Temptress or Ivory--do! A fast read and totally scrumptious! :)

Myla is so bad ass that I kind of want to be her. Who know being a half-demon living in Purgatory could be so freaking cool? Not only that, but Lincoln is hawt! Myla made me literally LOL throughout the book. She's strong, funny, and can kick some serious ass. When shit goes down, she doesn't just sit by and let it happen. Nope. She fights with everything she has to save the day. The world Christina builds is original and rich. And the cast of characters are just so much damned fun that I missed them as soon as I was done reading. Can't wait for the next book in the series out in May 2014!
