I read while I'm being paid to work, but I guess that's not quite the same thing ...

I have a job with a lot of unpredictable downtime. When we get it we can pretty much do anything we want, except leave the office.

Same with me. Although it was not always that way and I wish it would get busy again....

I also get paid to read...but not because that's my job.
I work reception and purchasing at our company. I can finish the purchasing part easy enough so I sit around waiting for phone calls and such. During that time I read (I have to hide the book when someone walks in though lol).
