Favorite authors, hmm, I do go through phases. A few random writers I love: the Irish poet Seamus Heaney, for fantasy Neil Gaiman and Charles de Lint, in the literary area Virginia Woolf, James Baldwin, and Charles Dickens; for humor, I like no one better than Jasper Fforde. Any day you ask me, I'd probably give a slightly different answer though. So many great authors!
At the moment, I'm in the middle of Solaris, Tess of the D'Urbervilles, and The Elfstones of Shannara.
Hope you enjoy the group!
Hi there!
My all-time favorite author is Douglas Adams, though lately I've also been enjoying Arthur Conan Doyle. I'm also a big comic book fan, and my favorite authors there include Marv Wolfman, George Pérez, and Kurt Busiek, to name but a few.

The books i'm interested in most are fiction and travel. I like books from different cultures and books that are set in different countries, i'm currently reading "Half of a Yellow Sun".
What kind of books are you all into? Any favourite authors?
