I tried to get off to a quick start with three books I really wanted to read (and did read them pretty much non-stop since New Years!). Now that vacation is over, reality will slow down the reading!

#4 The Poet by Michael Connelly

Did you like it? That's the first Michael Connelly book I ever read and I LOVED it.

I really did enjoy it. I read all the Harry Bosch series first so I knew a little about it already. Have you read the Harry Bosch books? I started the Scarecrow as soon as I finished the Poet! So far I'm loving it so far. I can't imagine Michael Connelly writing a bad one!

I have read almost all of them, just got behind so haven't read the Scarecrow yet. I will be getting to it soon. I kind of have a crush on Harry Bosch. Weird, I know. I've met Michael Connolly twice, he's really sweet. :-)

I'm jealous that you've met him! I just finished the Scarecrow and loved it! I haven't read the Lincoln Lawyer or the Brass Verdict yet but they are on my pile to read. I do understand about the crush on Harry!
5) The Scarecrow (Jack McEvoy #2) by Michael Connelly

I've read the Lincoln Lawyer, Brass Verdict is in my TBR pile too. Connelly does a lot of book signings, you should try to go to one sometime. I love meeting authors and getting a personalized autographed book. I have a small collection of them and I'll never part with them!

I've met a few authors-Michael Connelly is on my list of authors I would love to meet! Lincoln Lawyer has been sitting on my pile for a bit but I'm determined to get to it soon!
