Whitney Sorry it took so long to respond! I liked it. It's not really deep or anything, but the ending I felt was much more "put together" than many of Moore's others. Also, the storyline seemed to flow a bit better than some of his other works. I'm not sure what Moore changed about his writing process here, but it was good.

That being said, I read the first 50 or so pages several years ago and put down the book for several months. It doesn't truly get in full swing for a while, and even then is not an extreme masterpiece. The work is cute and entertaining, and nothing more.

Regardless, I recommend it. :)

What did you think of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies? I've read it, but none of my friends have so I'm curious to get other people's perspectives on it.

I thought the author got a bit lazy towards the end. He kind of just let Austen's plot wrap up a bit too normally. Other than that it was entertaining :)

I read the Catcher some months ago too, I didn´t like it, not a bit.

After reading about 52 pages I had to stop and make a little reserach, since I started feeling that the story was not going anywhere.

Anyway I kept on reading till the end, just to find out it don´t get any better. I ended feeling tired of this kid and his stupid behaviour and very sorry for all those who sees him as an icon of youth

Whitney Whoops, just saw these comments! I was very disappointed in the overall story, but I love his idea for a "catcher in the rye." It's quite poetic.
