A great addition to resources on ADHD, especially with its focus and considerations on how it impacts a partner and what it looks like to be in a relationship when you have ADHD. I loved this book so much, and enjoyed it as an audiobook to hear both authors speak.

It was incredibly relatable, but sadly not totally empowering. There was a lot of discourse on the importance of reliance on another to manage symptoms that are more challenging. The power in the proposed dynamic felt out of balance.

Still super valuable and a joy to read. ]]>
