fourth reread: im always forever running back to youuuuuuu (the only book that could ever get me out of a reading slump, i love you wesley bennett)

third reread: yeah this book is going in my 6 stars folder. reading it after reading nothing like the movies made it better honestly and i just love wes so much ask my friends i cant shut up about it.

reread!!! i loved this book even more the second time i read it and moved my rating from four stars up to five, which i think is because i have read more romance books at this point and could appreciate it more than i could over a year ago when i read it for the first time.

liz and wes are such a cute couple and they are literally perfect for each other. they compliment each other so well and its just so clear from the beginning that they are meant to be with each other. i mean i do obviously wish they figured it out sooner so they could have been together all of high school, but what can you do i guess? i also loved rereading this when i did because i just graduated so hearing all of the talk of college and senior things was so much more applicable now than it was when i read this junior year.

wes is also literally such a good guy! the way he was always looking out for liz is so cute and he is just so sweet i love him hes the best.

i am so so so so soooooooo scared for nothing like the movies though because ive seen some minor spoilers and I CANNOT. i feel like the ending possibly should have been left off here where everything is happy... idk yet!! (edit: obv if you know me at this point you know that i LOVED nothing like the movies!!!)
