I was really excited to read this one but sadly it didn't meet my expectations. I'm not here for the drama, but I do want to share a list of what to expect so you can go into it with the right expectations!

- First person POV. We live in the FMC heads.
She's impulsive, vexing and horny.

- I swear I read somewhere this was a slow burn.
This is NOT a slow burn. It's spicy and lusty.
"officer" "cadet" romance. A smidge enemies to lovers.

- This is an adult book, but it had a more young adult writing style.

- There's more focus on the main character than on the world building. Most of the book is set at a military style school.
