I started writing when I was very little. My father is a writer and I have always loved reading, so I guess it was to be expected. When I was around 4-5 my parents would make me little booklets out of stapled printer paper, which I would fill up with stories and pictures. I think the first one I completed was about my experience with the chicken pox, which was a great distraction from the itching.

Later on I would definitely say it was reading that inspired me. I got into fantasy and science fiction around age 12, and started writing my own stories around the same time. I've been writing ever since!(less)

Children of Fire’s fourth installment is well underway and I will provide some updates on that front soon, but in the meantime I am releasing an unrelated short story this weekend! You can !
