Quick question for the mods, do books that are in a series but are all stand alone books count for this. Right now I'm reading Macbeth by Jo Nesbø. It's technically book 7 in the Hogarth Shakespeare Project, which has contemporary authors do retellings of Shakespeare's plays.

Hello, I also have a quick question about what qualifies as a standalone. I've just realised that one of my books (Meet me in London by Georgia Toffolo) actually kicks off a so-called "series" of "Meet me in..." books. They have nothing to do with each other, totally different characters etc, and are only related by having the same author and similar titles, presumably for marketing reasons. To me this is not a series, but happy to be corrected! Thank you :)
